On the night of 07/29/2025, as a result of rocket fire from the Russian Federation, the institution suffered significant damage. The destruction of the therapeutic building caused critical and multifaceted problems for the community, the medical system and staff. The blast wave and shrapnel damaged the facade, windows, roof, engineering networks, partitions throughout the building, etc. The therapeutic building housed the following departments: therapeutic, endocrinological, palliative departments, bacteriological laboratory and oncology dispensary. The downtime of the building creates an excessive load on other departments of the institution and the city network as a whole, limiting the ability of citizens to receive high-quality and timely medical care. The reconstruction of the building is a critical step in stabilizing the situation in the city and returning to normal life support for community residents. The commission for the inspection of damaged objects as a result of the military actions of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Kamianka urban territorial community provided approved acts and entered the object into the State Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Financing of restoration works (high cost of major repairs) 4. Damage to medical equipment (due to impact and fire) 4. Damage to medical equipment (due to impact and fire) Thus, the main problem was large-scale destruction, and the key result is the launch and implementation of major reconstruction, which should lead to the full restoration of the functionality of the therapeutic and maternity wards.
