General information

Description of the project

The building of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise of the Kamianka City Council "CPMSD No. 3" is a healthcare institution providing primary and secondary medical care. The year of construction of the building - 1979. Non-residential building (letter A-7) - seven-story (Block B) and three-story (Blocks A and B), with a technical floor and basement over the entire area of the building. Block A is adjacent to a one-story part (block A1) with a basement. The building is conditionally divided into blocks: Block A (in axes 1-7) - 91.6m x 12.6m; Block B (in axes 7-9) 12.7m x 55.2m; Block B (in axes 9 - 12) 32.8 x 16.2.  
The implementation of the thermal modernization project has significant social and environmental benefits. As a result of the project implementation, the following will be achieved:

  1. Energy efficiency and emission reduction: thermal modernization of buildings allows to significantly reduce energy consumption and reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. This contributes to improving air quality, reducing the impact on climate change and public health.
  2. Economic benefits: the implementation of thermal modernization can lead to significant economic benefits. Reducing the cost of heating and cooling buildings helps to reduce energy bills.
  3. Ensuring comfortable conditions for patients and medical staff in the institution and improving the quality of medical services.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

After the overhaul, the level of patient service will significantly improve due to more comfortable conditions in the institution. Energy efficiency and emission reduction: thermal modernization of buildings allows you to significantly reduce energy consumption and reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. This contributes to improving air quality, reducing the impact on climate change and public health. Accessibility: barrier-free movement of people with special needs. Reliability: improving the quality and accessibility of medical services. Safety: installation of a ventilation system, power supply and lighting systems. Tangibility: improving the sanitary and technical condition of the building, improving the system of providing medical care.
