Description of the project
The project provides for the reconstruction of the roof of an administrative building at 2 Semenyuka Street in the city of Sokal, Chervonohrad district, Lviv region, namely:
- dismantling works;
- laying brick walls and parapets, chimneys, plastering the surface of chimneys. Installation of a reinforced belt around the perimeter of the building.
- installation of the roof and load-bearing elements of the main roof. Installation of an external lightning protection system.

The purpose of the project is to reconstruct the roof of the administrative building at 2 Semenyuka Street in the town of Sokal, Chervonohrad district, Lviv region, in order to improve the technical condition of the building, increase its energy efficiency, ensure reliability and safety of operation, and create proper working conditions for employees and visitors.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
The existing roof is in unsatisfactory technical condition, which leads to the loss of its operational characteristics. Without reconstruction, damage to the load-bearing elements may worsen and the cost of future repairs may increase. The implementation of the project will eliminate technical, energy and safety problems, prevent further destruction of the building, and ensure its long-term and effective operation.
