General information
Description of the project
The building of the educational institution (educational building) was built in the 1960s, which causes a number of technical and safety problems with existing networks, the use of flammable finishing materials on evacuation routes in the educational building. Finishing materials (MDF panels) were used during repair work in previous years to equip common areas, foyers, and stairwells, which currently contradicts the current requirements for fire safety and maintenance of buildings of educational institutions with 24-hour stay of students and is a current requirement of the State Emergency Service during a commission inspection of the educational institution. The project provides for a comprehensive modernization of fire alarm systems, the arrangement of evacuation routes and common areas with the dismantling of dangerous finishing, the replacement of old power supply networks, lighting with energy-efficient systems with an additional emergency lighting system, as well as the installation of automated fire alarm systems. The implementation of the project will contribute to the creation of a safe, energy-saving and ergonomic educational environment that meets modern DBN standards and requirements for the organization of a safe learning space.
