Description of the project
The arrangement of shelter is a necessary condition for the protection of students and employees of an educational institution in conditions of military threat and emergency situations. The presence of a safe and functional structure allows for a prompt response to danger and guarantees the preservation of the life and health of all participants in the educational process.

In the context of the worsening security situation in Ukraine, the Myrolyubivskyi Lyceum of the Voskresensk Village Council, a secondary education institution, does not have a properly equipped civil defense structure (shelter). The lack of shelter creates a serious risk to the life and health of students and teaching staff in the event of emergencies, in particular military operations or man-made disasters. The Myrolyubivskyi Lyceum of the Voskresensk Village Council is located in a zone of increased risk. The consequences are increased vulnerability of the educational infrastructure, a decrease in the sense of security among participants in the educational process, and restrictions on the possibility of continuous learning in emergency conditions.
