General information

Description of the project

The anti-radiation shelter is designed and built in such a way as to create appropriate conditions for the stay of people subject to shelter for a certain period of time (up to 48 hours) and to ensure an appropriate degree of their protection from the predicted effects of dangerous factors that may arise as a component of dangerous phenomena of an emergency situation, military (combat) operations and terrorist acts. In this case, as a result of the implementation of this project, participants in the educational process of the Mensk Support ZZSO I-III st. named after T.G.Shevchenko (in the amount of 500 people) will have the opportunity  to be in a shelter in safe and comfortable conditions during the "air alarm" signal without stopping the educational process.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Meeting demand

Secondary Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards, Creation of new facilities and services, Improving the condition of infrastructure

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Ensuring uninterrupted access of individuals to educational services during the "air alarm" signals. Currently, the number of shelters available in the Mensk Support Military School of the 1st-3rd grades named after T.G. Shevchenko does not fully provide all participants in the educational process with safe conditions for learning and work, 2 shelters that are currently used are rented, therefore there is an urgent need to build modern shelters, such as PRU, to create comfortable, safe conditions for learning and education.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The construction of a new shelter for 500 people will provide the opportunity to organize continuous training, even during prolonged "air alarm" signals.
