General information

Description of the project

The project involves major renovation of the outpatient clinic premises in order to create modern conditions for providing high-quality medical services to the community. It is planned to update the interior, replace engineering networks (heating, water supply, electricity supply, ventilation), equip sanitary and hygienic rooms, improve the energy efficiency of the building, install lighting and ventilation systems, and create barrier-free access for people with limited mobility. After the project is implemented, the outpatient clinic will be able to provide comfortable conditions for receiving patients, efficient work of doctors and staff, and increase the level of accessibility of medical services for residents of the Novoyarychiv community and surrounding settlements.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to ensure high-quality, accessible and safe provision of medical services to the population of the Novoyarichiv territorial community by carrying out a major renovation of the premises of the outpatient and polyclinic department of the Novoyarichiv District Hospital. The project is aimed at creating a modern medical infrastructure of the primary and consultative level, which will comply with state standards in the field of healthcare, the principles of energy efficiency and barrier-free access. To carry out a major renovation of the premises of the outpatient and polyclinic department, including: renovation of internal premises (walls, floor, ceiling, bathrooms, corridors); modernization of water supply, sewage, ventilation and power supply systems. To ensure energy efficiency of the building by using modern materials and technologies, which will reduce utility costs and increase the energy efficiency of the hospital. Create a barrier-free space - equip ramps, convenient entrances, sanitary rooms for people with disabilities and the elderly. Equip the renovated premises with the necessary medical and technological equipment, furniture and elements of information navigation. Provide proper working conditions for medical personnel, which will contribute to increasing work efficiency and improving the quality of patient service. Method of achieving the goal To achieve the goal, the following comprehensive measures are planned to be implemented: Preparatory stage: conducting a technical inspection of the building and developing design and estimate documentation; approving the documentation in accordance with the established procedure; determining the contracting organization through open tenders in the Prozorro system. Implementation stage (construction and repair work): implementation of a complex of major repair works in accordance with the design and estimate documentation; replacement of all engineering networks; Final stage: purchase and installation of necessary medical equipment and furniture; commissioning; commissioning of the facility. Post-implementation stage: monitoring of the efficiency of using the renovated premises; assessment of the socio-economic effect (number of visits, patient satisfaction, energy efficiency of the building, etc.).

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The main problems that the project solves: Non-compliance of the premises with sanitary and hygienic and construction standards. There are no proper conditions for the provision of medical services, there is no ventilation, modern bathrooms, security systems and fire alarm. Low level of comfort for patients and staff. Unsatisfactory reception and waiting conditions, limited space, lack of proper lighting and ventilation reduce the quality of medical services.
