Creating a modern educational and practical educational space for high-quality teaching of the subject "Defense of Ukraine", forming practical skills in the basics of national security, first aid, civil defense and emergency response among students.

 • Equip a modern educational space for teaching the subject "Defense of Ukraine".
 • Purchase modern educational and training equipment and multimedia.
 • Create conditions for practical practice of first aid skills.
 • Form in young people the skills of safe behavior and actions in crisis situations.
 • Strengthen national-patriotic education and training of youth to protect the state.

3. Justification of the need

In modern conditions, training youth to act in emergency situations, forming personal safety skills, first aid and knowledge of national security is of particular importance. The subject "Defense of Ukraine" plays a key role in forming a responsible civic position.

The material and technical base for teaching the subject is insufficient: there are no modern simulators, dummies for first aid and interactive learning tools. This complicates the formation of practical competencies of students.

The implementation of the project will allow creating a modern educational and practical center for conducting high-quality practical classes, increasing the level of security culture of youth and strengthening national-patriotic education.

4. Expected results
 • A modern educational and practical center for the subject "Defense of Ukraine" has been created.
 • The quality of students' practical training has been improved.
 • Skills in providing first aid and emergency response have been developed.
 • Conditions for the national-patriotic education of youth have been provided.
 • The center is used as a permanent educational space with modern equipment.

Creation of a modern teaching and practical educational space for high-quality teaching of the subject "Defense of Ukraine", formation of practical skills in the basics of national security, first aid, civil defense and emergency response among students.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Key problems and their relevance The main problem is the technological obsolescence of the educational base, which does not correspond to the updated curriculum of the subject "Defense of Ukraine". In conditions of a full-scale war, it is critically important that young people have the skills of tactical medicine, UAV control, and understand the principles of modern digital interaction on the battlefield. The relevance of the project is due to the need to form national resilience through high-quality pre-conscription training directly in educational institutions. Possible consequences of not solving problems If the infrastructure is left in its current state, the consequences will be: Low motivation of students due to working with outdated models and textbooks from past decades. Insufficient level of practical skills, which can lead to unpreparedness of graduates for critical situations in real life. Decrease in the prestige of the institution and non-compliance with state standards of specialized education. Expected positive changes The project will result in the creation of an innovative educational space where students will be able to practice their skills on modern simulators and certified equipment. The quality of teaching is expected to improve significantly due to the interactivity and clarity of materials. The updated center will become a center for patriotic education of the community, which will ensure a high level of readiness of young people to protect sovereignty and provide first aid.
