General information

Description of the project

The storage facility is a separately located, submerged civil defense structure designed to protect children and service personnel of a municipal facility in peacetime from the consequences of accidents, catastrophes and natural disasters that threaten mass casualties, as well as in wartime from modern weapons of mass destruction. In peacetime, the structure can be used for economic needs. A frame structural scheme has been adopted for the underground storage facility, the spatial solution of which ensures reliable operation according to the requirements of strength and rigidity under the action of vertical and horizontal loads. The spatial rigidity of the storage facility is provided by two rigid horizontal disks: a floor slab and a foundation slab, which are interconnected by longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls and columns using a rigid connection between the monolithic floor slab and the monolithic foundation slab. Capitals located at the bottom and top of the columns increase the stiffness of the connection to the required one, which is taken into account by the calculation.

In order to ensure the safety of students and employees in the event of emergencies, in particular those related to military operations, accidents or other threats, it is necessary to build a modern protective civil defense structure with a capacity of 275 people, designed to work in two shifts. Today, the educational institution does not have enough protected premises to effectively shelter all participants in the educational process at the same time. This creates a real threat to the life and health of children and employees in the event of emergencies. The implementation of the project for the construction of a protective civil defense structure will allow: 1. Ensure reliable protection of the life and health of students and staff during emergencies. 2. Increase the level of readiness of the institution for actions in crisis situations. 3. Meet the requirements of state regulations on civil defense of educational institutions. 4. Reduce social and material risks associated with emergency events.
