General information

Description of the project

The project "New construction of the Modular Center for the provision of administrative services at 208 Podziguna Generala Street, in the village of Oleksandrivka, Voznesensky district, Mykolaiv region" (CNAP) in Oleksandrivka aims to create a modern infrastructure for the provision of public services. The creation of the CNAP simplifies citizens' access to administrative services, making them closer to the residents of the village. Improving the quality and speed of service provision due to the concentration of services in one place and the use of new digital solutions

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Creation of new facilities and services

Secondary Goal:

Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to create a modern, accessible and energy-efficient point of provision of administrative services in the town of Oleksandrivka. The use of modular technology allows: to reduce construction times compared to capital structures, to provide barrier-free access for low-mobility population groups by designing an entrance at ground level and arranging the adjacent territory

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Without the creation of a modern center, it is impossible to ensure quick access of citizens to administrative services through e-government and digital technologies. Restrictions on access to services: community residents will be forced to spend additional time and resources on obtaining services in geographically remote centers. Ukraine is implementing a single unified approach to strategic planning, where projects must meet the current needs of citizens. The creation of the ASC is part of the strategy for reforming public administration .
