General information

Description of the project

The project involves the creation of a modern educational space by equipping two educational chemical laboratories in educational institutions of the Raihorodka territorial community, namely:

  • at the Ozadivsky Lyceum of the Raihorodka Village Council;
  • at the Markushivsky Lyceum of the Raihorodka Village Council.

In the 2027/2028 academic year, the aforementioned lyceums will not provide specialized secondary education and will function as institutions providing basic secondary education.

The implementation of the project involves carrying out current repairs of classrooms and equipping them with the necessary laboratory, educational and multimedia equipment in accordance with the requirements of the “New Ukrainian School” reform.

As a result, two modern chemical educational spaces will be created that will provide appropriate conditions for conducting practical and laboratory classes and improving the quality of the educational process.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to create and update a modern educational space for students of basic secondary education in gymnasiums and lyceums of the Raihorodka territorial community, which in the 2027/2028 academic year will not provide specialized secondary education, by modernizing and equipping classrooms in accordance with the requirements of the "New Ukrainian School" reform. Problem. The material and technical base of individual classrooms is outdated and partially worn out, the premises require repair work, and the existing equipment does not fully ensure the implementation of the educational process in accordance with modern state standards. Solutions. The goal is planned to be achieved by: • carrying out current or major repairs of classroom premises; • purchasing and installing modern furniture, teaching aids, laboratory and multimedia equipment; • updating the material and technical base in accordance with the requirements of the National School of Education. Conclusion. The implementation of the project will allow the creation or renovation of modern classrooms, improve learning conditions, and provide basic secondary education students with access to modern equipment, which will improve the quality of the educational process in the community.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Problems The material and technical base of chemistry laboratories in community educational institutions is outdated and insufficiently staffed. The level of provision of laboratory equipment, modern teaching aids and furniture does not meet the requirements of the National University of Ukraine. Some of the premises require ongoing repairs. This condition limits the possibility of high-quality practical and laboratory work and the implementation of a competency-based approach to teaching. Solution results The implementation of the project will ensure the creation of two modern chemistry laboratories, the implementation of necessary repairs and the equipping of laboratories with modern equipment. As a result, learning conditions will be improved, access to a high-quality laboratory environment for basic secondary education students will be expanded, and the efficiency of the educational process will be increased.
