    Economic Analysis
    Social benefits and costs
Social benefits: Ensuring barrier-free access (Inclusion): This is a key benefit of the project. The construction of a specialized cabin equipped with handrails, a call button for help and a ramp ensures equal access to sanitary services for people with disabilities, the elderly and parents with children, which meets the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40:2018. Human dignity and comfort: Creating proper sanitary and hygienic conditions increases the comfort of patients' stay in the outpatient clinic, reduces psychological stress when visiting a doctor and ensures compliance with basic human rights. Public health: The presence of washbasins and running water contributes to hand hygiene, which is critically important for preventing the spread of infectious diseases in a public place. Social costs: Temporary inconvenience: There may be short-term noise and restricted passage in part of the outpatient clinic during construction work.
    Environmental benefits and costs
Environmental benefits: Groundwater protection: The project involves the installation of a sealed drainage system (connection to a centralized network or installation of a modern sealed septic tank). This prevents untreated wastewater from entering the soil, unlike outdated outdoor cesspool-type toilets. Energy efficiency: The use of LED lighting with motion sensors and plumbing with economical flushing allows you to minimize the consumption of electricity and water resources. Environmental costs: Minor impact (DNSH): The project does not cause significant harm to the environment. During operation, domestic wastewater is generated, which must be disposed of in accordance with sanitary standards. Construction waste will be taken to a landfill.
    Indirect benefits and costs
Indirect benefits (Institutional): Compliance with the requirements of the National Health Service of Ukraine: The implementation of the project allows the outpatient clinic to meet the requirements of the National Health Service of Ukraine regarding the accessibility of buildings for low-mobility groups. This guarantees the continuation of the institution's contracting and the preservation of state funding for medical services for the community. Increased trust in the authorities: Improving the infrastructure of the medical facility demonstrates the local authorities' concern for vulnerable segments of the population, which has a positive impact on the social climate in the village. Indirect costs: Operating costs: The need to allocate funds from the KNP budget for regular cleaning, purchase of hygiene products (soap, paper), payment for water supply and electricity. These costs are justified given the social importance of the facility.
