General information

Description of the project

Installation of automatic fire alarm in Zinkivka Support Lyceum No. 1 of the Zinkivka City Council is a critical condition for the functioning of the institution. The need to install fire alarm systems in educational institutions is stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine. In particular, in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine, owners and managers of facilities are obliged to ensure fire safety of buildings and implement technical means of early fire detection. Also, requirements for equipping buildings with fire alarm systems are established by the Fire Safety Rules in Ukraine, approved by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 1417 dated 30.12.2014. In addition, in accordance with the building codes DBN V.2.5-56:2014 "Fire protection systems", buildings of educational institutions are objects that must be equipped with automatic fire alarm systems and fire warning systems. These requirements are mandatory when operating public buildings where a significant number of people are simultaneously present. Installation and regular maintenance of an automatic fire alarm system in a lyceum is not just an expense item, but a strategically justified step. This is an investment in the guaranteed safety of each child, the protection of valuable community assets and the implementation of state safety standards. Without this system, the educational space cannot be considered properly protected and suitable for a large number of people.
