General information

Description of the project

The project is aimed at improving the learning and working conditions of children and employees of the educational institution by overhauling the building's heating system. Replacing worn-out networks and equipment will ensure a stable heat supply, energy efficiency, and a safe, comfortable educational environment.

The purpose of the project

Main goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary goal:

Improving the condition of infrastructure, Introducing innovations and energy-efficient solutions

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The existing heating system of the building is physically worn out, which leads to unstable temperature conditions, increased heat loss and risks for the comfortable and safe stay of children and employees of the educational institution. The project involves major repairs and modernization of internal engineering networks with complete replacement of pipelines, radiators, shut-off valves and auxiliary equipment. The implementation of measures will ensure reliable and uniform heat supply, increase the energy efficiency of the building, reduce operating costs and create modern conditions for the educational process. Thus, the project is aimed primarily at improving the quality of life and safety of users of the educational environment.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The main problems are unstable heat supply, significant heat loss, wear and tear of system elements, risks of emergency situations and insufficient level of comfort in educational and preschool premises. This negatively affects the conditions of learning, well-being of children and employees and leads to increased costs for the operation of the building. As a result of the project, a complete modernization of the heating system will be carried out with the replacement of networks and equipment, which will ensure a stable temperature regime, increase energy efficiency, reduce heat loss and maintenance costs, and also create safe, comfortable and healthy conditions for participants in the educational process.
