Description of the project
The construction of a protective civil defense structure (radiation shelter) on the territory of the municipal institution "Zlatopil Lyceum No. 2 of the Zlatopil City Council of the Kharkiv Region" will provide a safe space for students, teaching staff and technical personnel of the institution, who will be able to continue their studies and work process during shelling and emergencies.
The project provides for the construction of a shelter with an underground passage directly from the lyceum building. The shelter is of a fully buried type with a corridor planning system. Evacuation exits are located on the left side towards the sports grounds on the mountain.
The protective structure (radiation shelter) is designed to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40.
The radiation shelter structure is designed to ensure protection against dangerous factors in the event of emergencies.
The project provides for the installation of external heat supply networks to connect the protective structure. The source of heat supply is an individual block-modular boiler room, located separately on the territory of the institution.
Returning to live communication with teachers and peers will help children reduce psychological trauma from distance learning.
