Description of the project

The project includes the reconstruction of the sports center (installation of a football field with a natural turf surface, athletics tracks, stands for spectators, installation of sports equipment and a drainage system for the football field)

The purpose of the project

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Creation of a modern, safe and energy-efficient sports infrastructure for training and competitions of children's and youth teams, increasing the level of physical culture of the community population. Methods of achieving the goal: Preparatory stage - inventory of facilities, analysis of technical condition, public discussion and approval of the reconstruction project. Financial and economic stage - financing the project Design and estimate stage - development of project documentation, obtaining permits and approvals, determining the contractor. Construction and installation stage - implementation of major repair and construction works according to the schedule. Final stage - improvement of the territory, quality control of works, commissioning of the stadium. Information and communication stage - holding the opening of the stadium, advertising campaign, involving the local community in its use.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Problem: The existing infrastructure does not meet the requirements of modern training and competition standards, which limits the development of children's and youth sports in the city. As a result of the project implementation, the following will occur: Increase in the number of children involved in sports by 30–40%; Possibility of holding city and regional competitions; Increasing the prestige of the sports school; Energy saving up to 40%; Creation of a comfortable space for the community.
