Description of the project
The project is aimed at creating equal, appropriate and safe conditions for obtaining education, organizing a safe educational environment for participants in the educational process in preschool educational institutions in the city of Kharkiv. The new construction of a civil defense protective structure in a preschool educational institution is carried out taking into account the requirements of legislation on fire safety, requirements for the required number of evacuation exits, the availability of water supply, drainage, ventilation, heating, lighting, the Internet, primary medical care facilities, accessibility for low-mobility population groups, in particular persons with disabilities.
The designed structure is designed to shelter students, teaching staff and employees of the preschool institution, to ensure protection from dangerous factors during emergencies and in special periods.
The operating life of the equipment, structures and materials of the protective structure should be taken in accordance with the passport data from the manufacturers of the specified elements and current regulatory documents on their operation, unless otherwise stipulated by design decisions and valid design documentation.
The PRU structure provides for the arrangement of the following premises:
a room for the population, which is hidden;
a room for storing contaminated outerwear;
a room for drinking water tanks and a fire-fighting emergency tank;
a medical station with a sanitary post area;
a room for the control point, where the fire station is located;
a cafeteria with equipment for maintaining the regulatory temperature of food and drinking regime;
a room for storing dry waste (dirty laundry);
bathrooms with universal cabins;
a filter and ventilation room; an electrical panel;
DES;
ITP.
In peacetime, for the needs of the business entity, the premises of the protective structure can be used for other purposes in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-5-2023.
The civil defense protective structure is designed as an underground one-story structure. All supporting structures of the frames of the main part of the protective structure are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The spatial rigidity and stability of the frames of the main part of the protective structure in the horizontal longitudinal and transverse directions is ensured by longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls, foundation and covering slabs, which perform the function of horizontal rigid disks, as well as semi-rigid connection nodes between the specified structures. Backfilling is provided above the entire protective structure, except for the areas of exits to the surface.
