The preschool has an anti-radiation shelter with a total capacity of 200 people. At the expense of the local budget, one room and a toilet in the shelter were renovated to enable the educational institution to function. However, there is a need for major repairs to all the premises of the PRU.
In the village of Vinogradne, this is the only protective structure that can be used as a shelter for the population after the educational process.
The number of people who can use the shelter is 635, including 37 IDPs
The settlement is located 29 km from the occupied territory (Kinburska Kosa).
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
The need for major repairs of all PRU premises to ensure a safe situation in the settlement and directly in the educational institution. Creation of proper conditions for the stay of the summer residents in the shelter and preservation of their lives
