General information

Description of the project

«Single Digital Office» — is a modern physical center in the city council, which will become the main focus of the community's digital transformation and a space for collaboration, learning and innovation. Its social mission is to ensure access to digital tools, knowledge base, educational programs and expert support for entrepreneurs and citizens, which will help overcome digital inequality and make digital opportunities equally accessible to all. The office will combine consulting, educational and technical services, help small and medium-sized businesses automate processes, scale faster, attract investments and grants, and integrate into modern digital ecosystems. This will become a catalyst for increasing the number of successful entrepreneurial stories, increasing employment and community well-being. At the same time, the office will contribute to the development of educational programs for youth and startups, digital inclusion of older people and vulnerable groups, the formation of a community of experts and the dissemination of practical knowledge. At the institutional level, it will ensure transparent interaction between business and government, strengthen trust in the city council, and integrate the community into national and international digital initiatives. The socio-economic effect is to create new jobs, increase tax revenues, attract investments, and develop an innovation ecosystem. In the long term, the «Single Digital Office» can become a regional center for the digital economy, a platform for international cooperation, and a place where ideas are transformed into products and startups that strengthen the community economy and ensure sustainable development for decades to come.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Creation of new facilities and services

Secondary Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to create a Single Digital Office - an IT office as a modern physical center in the city council, which will become the core of the digital transformation of the community. Its key task is to consolidate ideas and initiatives, support entrepreneurs and citizens in using modern digital tools, as well as form a single platform for consultations, training and development of new projects. Thanks to the IT office, the community will receive a space where ideas can be transformed into real business solutions, startups and socially significant initiatives that will strengthen the economy and innovation potential of the city.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Today, the community does not have a single municipal space for consolidating digital ideas and developing new projects. The available training and consulting services exist in a fragmented manner and do not meet the large-scale challenges of digital transformation. Entrepreneurs have to independently search for information about grants, investments or IT tools, and citizens have to obtain knowledge from various, uncoordinated sources. This creates barriers to access to resources and slows down the development of the community. The lack of a system center leads to the loss of many promising ideas that do not find support or remain unrealized. The result of the project will be: Opening a Single Digital Office - an IT office as a center for consolidation and generation of ideas. Launching a mechanism for systematic processing of initiatives, which will allow transforming community proposals into real projects. Increasing the digital literacy of the population and developing digital inclusion. Creating a space for collaborations, where business, community and government will develop new solutions. Attracting grants and international resources to support startups and innovations. Increasing the number of successful entrepreneurial initiatives and projects that will strengthen the community economy. Forming a long-term innovation ecosystem of the city, where the Single Digital Office - IT Office will be the core of development.
