Description of the project
The project involves major repairs of the fire alarm system in the premises of the Ivan Franko Lyceum No. 1 of the Drohobych City Council of the Lviv region, located at: 19 Sahaidachnogo St., Drohobych. The lyceum building is a facility with a large number of people - 1,148 students study here every day and 97 teachers, as well as 18 technical and service personnel, work here. The fire alarm system, installed many years ago, is morally and technically outdated and does not meet modern fire safety requirements. The implementation of the project involves the installation of a modern fire protection system, which includes: updating or replacing fire detectors, detectors, cable lines and control panels; integrating the system with a centralized fire supervision point; carrying out commissioning work and checking the system's operability.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it
The purpose of the project is to ensure an adequate level of fire safety at the Ivan Franko Lyceum No. 1 of the Drohobych City Council of the Lviv region by modernizing the fire-fighting infrastructure.
Main objectives:
• creating safe conditions for students, teaching staff and visitors to the institution;
• preventing fire-related emergencies;
• bringing the facility into compliance with current fire safety regulations and state standards;
• increasing the level of readiness of the institution to act in the event of a fire hazard.
The implementation of the project will contribute to the preservation of the life and health of children and employees, as well as increase the overall safety of the educational process.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
Providing an educational institution with an appropriate fire alarm system will allow to protect the life and health of students, which will contribute to ensuring the implementation of the health-preserving function of the final beneficiaries - children. The purpose of this project is: 1) obtaining high-quality modern education through free creative learning in accordance with social needs, determined by the development of the Ukrainian state; 2) creating conditions for each student to receive the level of education that corresponds to his abilities and individual characteristics; 3) creating a viable system of education and upbringing of children to achieve their educational level in accordance with state standards 4) ensuring healthy conditions for development, self-enrichment, and improvement of the personality; 5) developing the intellectual and emotional sphere of the child. 6) developing the health-preserving function. As a result of the project, the educational infrastructure will be modernized, the quality of education will be improved by creating comfortable and safe conditions for staying in the lyceum. The implementation of the project will allow to increase the level of safety of participants in the educational process.
