General information

Description of the project

As part of the project, a modern physics classroom will be created in accordance with the standards of the New Ukrainian School at the LYCEUM "OLEKSANDRIVSKY" of the Fontansky Village Council of the Odessa District of the Odessa Region. Currently, the institution has the status of a "Lyceum", but in 2027 it is planned to change its status to a "gymnasium". It is planned to purchase educational and laboratory equipment for conducting demonstration and practical experiments in the main sections of physics. The classroom will be equipped with sets of laboratory instruments and measuring instruments for students to perform practical and laboratory work, demonstration sets for the teacher, models of physical processes and educational and visual materials, multimedia equipment. Also, the local budget provides for the repair of the classroom and utility room, and the purchase of furniture.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to create a modern, safe and functional physics classroom at the LYCEUM "Oleksandrivsky" of the Fontansk village council, equipped in accordance with the standards of the New Ukrainian School, to improve the quality of the educational process, develop students' research competencies and form their scientific worldview. The implementation of the project is aimed at providing students with access to quality education, creating conditions for practice-oriented learning, developing critical thinking, as well as increasing motivation to study physics and related disciplines. The goal is to achieve this goal through a comprehensive modernization of the educational space, which includes: Equipping the classroom with modern educational and laboratory equipment Purchase of demonstration devices, laboratory sets and measuring instruments for conducting experiments in the main sections of physics (mechanics, electricity, magnetism, optics, molecular physics), which will allow organizing full-fledged practical activities of students. Creating conditions for research training Implementation of educational approaches based on experimental activities, independent research of phenomena and processes, work with measuring instruments and analysis of the results obtained. Updating the material and technical base of the office Purchasing modern furniture for the office and utility room (student desks, chairs, a demonstration table, furniture for storing equipment, furniture for the teacher), which meet the requirements of ergonomics, safety and organization of the educational space. Introduction of multimedia learning technologies Equipping the office with a projector, screen or interactive panel for demonstrating educational materials, video experiments, digital simulations and conducting interactive lessons. Carrying out cosmetic repairs of the premises Preparation of the office and utility room for the installation of new equipment: updating the walls, ceiling, floor and lighting to create a comfortable and safe educational environment.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Outdated equipment and classrooms that do not meet modern learning requirements. Solution: Updating the material and technical base (new interactive whiteboards, computers, science laboratories). Result: Modern learning conditions that contribute to more effective learning and interactive learning.
