Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Creation of a modern local automated public notification system that will ensure timely informing community residents about emergencies, military threats, accidents and other dangers, in order to preserve people's lives and health, minimize losses and increase the level of security of the territorial community.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

In conditions of martial law and the growth of man-made and natural threats, the community does not have the technical ability to quickly and reliably inform the population. During the implementation of the project, equal access to the alert system will be ensured for all community residents, regardless of their place of residence.
