Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The building houses: classrooms and administrative premises, as well as blocks of various heights, where the dining room and sports hall are located. The height of the basement floor from floor to ceiling is 3,300 m. From the very beginning, the basement was built as an anti-radiation shelter (PRU No. 56146). Design solutions: The overhaul involves: - redevelopment of existing premises for urgent needs; - external repair of the basement finish and restoration of partially damaged paving; - decoration of premises: - the walls of the hiding rooms, corridors and technical room are decorated with painting; the walls of the medical room and bathrooms are decorated with ceramic glazed tiles to a height of 1.5 m from the level of the clean floor, the upper part of the walls is puttied and painted with water-based paint; - the floor of the premises is insulated industrial floor, anti-slip ceramic tiles on the existing concrete screed. In the bathrooms, additional coating waterproofing is provided; - ceiling - arrangement of filing of horizontal surfaces of suspended ceilings with gypsum cardboard or gypsum fiber sheets and "Armstrong". - to ensure the evacuation of the population from the basement and for unhindered access of low-mobility population groups to the basement, it is planned to arrange two evacuation exits to the outside with an inclined lift for MMG; - in the basement floor of the building, it is planned to arrange hiding rooms during martial law, food storage rooms of the medical room, a general bathroom and arrangement of a bathroom for low-mobility population groups, and a technical room for placing water supply tanks. For access by low-mobility population groups, several openings are expanded to the minimum standard width. Jumpers above the openings in the partitions are arranged using a square on both sides.
