Basic data

Detailed description of the project

Facade system - ventilated from hinged fiber cement tiles on a subsystem with
profiles and 200mm thick basalt wool insulation.
Walls - filling from aerated concrete blocks D500; B2.5; 600x200x400mm. Partitions are made of aerated concrete blocks D400; B2.5; 600x200x200mm and full-body M100 ceramic bricks with 2∅6 A400S reinforcement. The ventilation channels are designed from concrete blocks 250mm wide with channels 140x170mm. The roof is insulated with basalt wool insulation 300mm thick. A 50 mm thick M 100 cement-sand screed with ∅5
Vr-1 reinforcement is made from the top
of the insulation.
Waterproofing of the roof of the housing - 2 layers of Euroruberoid. The roof of the entrance group
- PVC membrane 1.5 mm.
External drainage is organized from PVC pipes ∅ 100 mm. The water drain is designed
inside the facade system.
The floor is made with heat and sound insulation with a 50mm thick penoplex layer and
covered with a 50mm thick M200 cement-sand screed, reinforced with ∅5 Вр-1
shells 100x100mm.< br>Floor covering - bulk, homogenous linoleum and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms.
In the bathrooms, the floor and walls are designed with coating waterproofing.
The lintels are designed reinforced concrete bars according to Series 1.038.1-1; 4, rolling
channels and equal shelf corners.
Doors - metal, metal fire-resistant and metal-plastic.
Wall decoration - PVC wall coating and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms.
Wall decoration on the technical floor - plaster, putty on the grid and painting.
The ceiling is equipped with an Armstrong system.
A ladder made of metal profiles with protective arcs is used to climb to the roof.
Architectural and construction solutions of the PRU
The floor of the PRU is insulated with a 150 mm thick EPPS layer and waterproofed
4 layers of mastic and covered with a 100mm thick M200 cement-sand screed,
reinforced with ∅ 5 Vr-1 100x100mm cells.
Floor covering - bulk, homogeneous linoleum and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms.
External waterproofing is made of drainage geomembranes and PVC membranes 1.5 mm
on geotextile.
External walls are insulated with a layer of EPPS 150 mm thick.
Partitions are made of solid M100 ceramic bricks on a M75 cement-sand
mortar. The masonry is reinforced with 2 ∅ 6 A400С through four rows of masonry in height.
The lintels are designed reinforced concrete blocks according to Series 1.038.1-4 and from 2 channels
No. 14.
Doors - airtight, metal, metal fire-resistant and metal-plastic .
Ventilation shafts are made of reinforced concrete from C12/15 class concrete and reinforced with
reinforcement frames ∅12 and ∅6 A400C. The section of the mine is 1000x1000mm with a wall thickness of 150x150mm. The mine is removed 2 m from the surface of the earth and covered with
a 150 mm thick reinforced concrete slab made of C12/15 and ∅12 A400C concrete.
Ventilation grills are installed in the mine.
Walls are plastered with cement mortar, puttying on the grid and
painting with acrylic paints of light tones. The ceiling is equipped with mesh plastering and painting with light-colored acrylic paint. Before equipping the showers, waterproofing was performed with TEKNOMER 200 EX CRYSTALLIZED polymer cement waterproofing (or similar). The outer and inner walls of the technical floor and the elevator shafts are monolithic with a thickness of 400
mm reinforced with a double reinforcing mesh.
In the outer walls along the "1" axis and axes "17" door openings 1.5x2(h)m are provided for
evacuation exits (see section AB).
Columns K-2, K-3, K-4 with a section of 0.4x0.4m.
Pylons P- 2, P-3, P-4 with a cross-section of 2.0x0.4m.
Beams B-1, B-1*, B-2, B-3 with a cross-section of 4.0x0.4m.
Diaphragms along the « axis 2» in the axes "A" - "B" 200 mm thick, reinforced with a double
reinforcement mesh.
Stairways and landings of stairwells Sk-1, Sk-2, Sk-3, 150 mm thick,
1.5 m wide. All steps are of the same size, 300x150(h)mm.
200 mm thick floor slabs are reinforced with a double reinforcing mesh with
additional reinforcement in the areas of compression contours. The floor slabs
provide technological holes for laying communications according to sections OV, VC.
Under the hospital building, a monolithic reinforced concrete PRU is designed.
The frame of the building is equipped with three monolithic stairwells and two
LSH-1 elevator shafts size 2.97x1.9m, LSH-2 size 3.36x1.9m.
Frame of the main entrance.
The foundation of the main entrance is strip monolithic. The foundation tape with a cross-section
0.3x1.0(h)m, the foundation wall with a cross-section of 0.4x0.85(h)m
The floor slab and the floor slab with a thickness of 200 mm are reinforced with a double
reinforcing mesh with additional reinforcement in zones of compression contours.
Construction solutions of the PRU.
Enclosure structures to be made of monolithic reinforced concrete from concrete grade
C20/25 with the addition of Penetron "Admix". The dimensions of the building in the axes are 43.5x25.35 m. The rough
floor height is 3.25 m. The waterproofing of the working and deformation joints is provided by the installation of "TERIOS" hydraulic keys. The 400mm-thick foundation plate is reinforced with a double reinforcing mesh. . In
the foundation plate: pits of size 1.5х1.2х0.45(h) are provided for the location of the equipment of the KNS; pits of elevator shafts measuring 1.9x2.97x0.95(h)m and
1.9x3.36x0.95(h)m.
External and internal walls of the frame and elevator shafts with a thickness of 400 mm are reinforced with
double reinforcing mesh.
In the outer walls along the axis "1" and "A" axes 1x1m openings for ventilation
shafts are provided (see section AB).
K-1 columns with a cross section of 0.4x0.4m.
B-1 beam with a cross section of 0.2x0.3m
Staircases and landings cells Sk-2, Sk-3, 150 mm thick, 1.5 m wide. All steps are of the same size, 300x150(h)mm.
The floor slab is 350 mm thick, reinforced with a double reinforcing mesh. br>elevators: elevator shaft ЛШ-1 measuring 2.97х1.9m, ЛШ-2 measuring 3.36х1.9m and stair
cells.
Evacuation exit
Emergency exit via stairs and ramp on from the outside, it has overall
dimensions in plan of 11.7x37.58 m. Draft floor height - 3.25 m
Evacuation exit foundation slab 300mm thick reinforced with double
reinforcement mesh.
Evacuation exit ramp foundation slab with a thickness of 200 mm reinforced with a double reinforcing mesh. Outer walls with a thickness of 200 mm, walls of the stairwell with a thickness of 300 mm reinforced with a double reinforcing mesh. Stairways and landings of stairwells Sk-4 with a thickness of 150 mm, width 1 ,5m.
All steps are of the same size, 300x150(h)mm.
The 200mm-thick floor slab is reinforced with a double reinforcing mesh.
