DREAM Analytics Module Update: "Financial Programs" Page & New Filters for Application Analysis

We are introducing new features in the bi.dream.gov.ua analytics module, enhancing financial program monitoring in DREAM for greater efficiency.
1. "Financial Programs" Page A new "Financial Programs" page has been added, providing a comprehensive overview of all financial programs in DREAM. Users can now access key indicators, including:
- The total number of financial programs
- Submitted applications and supported projects
- The total financial request amount
- Approved funding and allocated funds
The data is presented through interactive charts, allowing users to analyze financial programs by economic sector, region, and project initiator. Additionally, users can refine displayed data by selecting specific sub-sectors, regions, or project initiators, enabling more detailed analytics.
2. New "Financial Program Component" Filter The "Financial Programs, Applications" page now includes a "Financial Program Component" filter, enabling users to analyze applications based on specific components of financial programs.
Users can:
- Select a financial program from the list
- Use the "Financial Program Component" filter to view its components
- Choose specific components for detailed analysis
Each application in the table now displays its corresponding component, making data retrieval and analysis significantly easier.
3. "CPV Investment Object Code" Filter and Column The "Project Details" page now includes a "CPV Investment Object Code" column, while the "All Filters" page features a corresponding filter.
This feature helps users quickly locate projects related to specific types of investments, such as bridge or road construction. Previously, users had to search using text queries based on project or object names. Now, they can simply select the relevant CPV code, significantly improving the accuracy and speed of searches.
4. Exclusion of "Canceled" Budget Items To improve the accuracy of financial analytics, budget items with the "Canceled" status have been excluded from calculations. These items will no longer be considered in financial reports or calculations, ensuring a more precise representation of allocated funds.
