From 24 September to 30 September 2024, the DREAM project office held a tender to purchase services to implement a CRM system.
For effective operation of the Project Delivery team in supporting users of the DREAM system, including communities, international partners, and governing bodies the Project Office was looking to implement the best CRM solution for its needs. The CRM will streamline user interactions, manage inquiries, and enhance the overall experience with the DREAM system, ensuring efficient communication, coordinated support, and a structured approach to managing user needs and feedback. This system will allow for the effective management of user data, tracking of interactions, and automation of routine tasks, thereby contributing to improved user satisfaction and more effective project delivery.
Based on the results of the proposals received, Master CRM was declared the winner.
