A new construction of a protective structure is planned on the territory of Bratsk Lyceum No. 2 of the Bratsk Settlement Council of the Voznesensky District of the Mykolaiv Region at the address: Mykolaiv Region.
The building is one-story, rectangular in plan, of a sunken type with a bank.
The layout of the premises is enfiladed.
The entrance to the premises is organized from the adjacent territory via two external independent staircases.
The height of the premises on the floor (from floor level to ceiling) is 2.50 m.
The total area of the object is – 624.95 m².
The structural scheme of the building is a reinforced concrete frame.
The external wall enclosure is made in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete walls with a thickness of 300 mm, according to DBN V 2.2.5-2023.
The foundations are a monolithic reinforced concrete slab
Protection from precipitation is arranged above the entrances in the form of a monolithic ceiling with waterproofing. Canopies are arranged on a metal frame in front of the entrance groups.
The drainage system is external, organized.
The floors are concrete with insulation.
External entrance doors are At the entrances to the PRU, reinforced hermetic doors DU-IV for shelters (100 kPa); 1200x2000 made of non-combustible materials are installed. In areas of possible destruction, the doors provide protection from an air shock wave with a calculated overpressure of up to P=100 kPa. In places where the door leaf adjoins the door frames, the doors are sealed and equipped with means to hold the door leaf in the open position.
Internal door blocks of the main and auxiliary premises - metal fireproof.
Interior decoration of the surface of the walls of the main premises, - joint cleaning, etc. plastering, puttying, bactericidal antifungal primer, painting.
Ceilings - two-component painting on metal plates.
According to the results of calculations and the Customer's instructions, the PRU can shelter up to 250 people for at least 48 hours.
The composition of the premises is as follows:
Main premises (pos. 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 21) - 333.35 sq.m.
Due to the height of the premises of 2.50 m, the design solutions provide for a two-tier arrangement of beds. The norm of the floor area of the main room per sheltered person is adopted in accordance with Appendix B.
The internal volume of the room is not less than 1.5 m3 per sheltered person.
At the entrances, vestibules (items 1, 19) are arranged with overall dimensions that allow maneuvering in a wheelchair (group MGN).
In accordance with the requirements of DBN V. 2.2.5-2023, entrance doors are used Reinforced hermetic DU-IV for shelters (100 kPa); 1400x2000 according to TU U 25.1-38587375- 001:2016.
The doors are made of metal, insulated with mineral wool. The doors must have a certificate
of conformity with UA.054.VD.00138-23
The design solutions provide for a second evacuation exit on the opposite side, which is equipped with a vestibule (item 1) with the installation of hermetic doors that open during the evacuation of people.
Auxiliary premises:
The premises (food storage room) for storing products (item 11) are assumed to have an area of at least 5.0 sq. m. The premises are equipped with factory-made or individually manufactured racks. The height of the racks to the protruding parts of the ceiling is provided for at least 0.5 m. In the concrete preparation of the floor of premises for storing food products, laying of steel wire with a diameter of 1.5-2.5 mm with a cell size of no more than 12x12 mm is provided. In places where the concrete floor preparation meets the enclosing structures of the premises, the mesh should be installed at a height of 0.5 m from the floor and plastered with cement mortar.
The entrance doors to the premises for storing food products are solid, without cavities, metal, and locks are provided on the doors.
