This pipeline will present public investment projects and programs in the education and science sector that correspond to the areas of school, higher, postgraduate, vocational, and extracurricular education. These initiatives support the implementation of relevant national strategies in education and science. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is engaged in the preparation and development of projects and programs in these areas, forming a sectoral project pipeline at the national level and subsequently enriching it with public investment projects at the regional and local levels.

New construction of a buried civil defense structure (radiation shelter) made of monolithic reinforced concrete.
Construction of a quickly assembled modular reinforced concrete civil defense structure.
The project involves the construction of a capital underground building measuring 30.0x18.0 m on the territory of the institution made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The structure is classified as a P-6 radiation shelter with a protection factor of 100, designed for 330 people (consequence class SS2). The solution includes a full range of construction works (earthworks, concrete, waterproofing), interior decoration and equipment with autonomous engineering systems: supply and exhaust ventilation with filtration, water supply with water storage tanks, sewage with a pumping station, power supply with its own diesel power plant, as well as inclusion facilities (vertical lift, ramps).
