The project involves a comprehensive reconstruction of the catering unit with the construction of an extension with an area of 89.9 m² to implement the “Basic Kitchen” model. The solution includes redevelopment to ensure the continuity of technological processes (HACCP), complete thermal modernization of the building (insulation of facades, roofs, replacement of windows), installation of ventilation with heat recovery and replacement of engineering networks. Full inclusivity (ramps, special bathroom) and equipment with modern technological equipment are provided.
