The project is aimed at creating equal, proper and safe conditions for obtaining education, organizing a safe educational environment for participants in the educational process in the lyceum. The new construction of a civil defense protective structure in a general secondary education institution is carried out taking into account the requirements of legislation on fire safety, requirements for the required number of evacuation exits, the availability of water supply, drainage, ventilation, heating, lighting, the Internet, primary medical care facilities, accessibility for low-mobility groups of the population, in particular people with disabilities. The project provides for the construction of a civil defense protective structure in accordance with DBN V.2.2-5:2023 - anti-radiation shelter (PRU). The civil defense structure (anti-radiation shelter) is designed to shelter students, teaching staff and employees of the lyceum, to ensure protection from dangerous factors during emergencies and in special periods. A civil defense protective structure is designed to create appropriate conditions for the stay of people who need shelter for a certain period of time (up to 48 hours) and to provide an appropriate degree of their protection from the predicted effects of dangerous factors that may arise as a component of dangerous phenomena of an emergency situation, military (combat) operations and terrorist acts.
