This pipeline will present public investment projects and programs in the education and science sector that correspond to the areas of school, higher, postgraduate, vocational, and extracurricular education. These initiatives support the implementation of relevant national strategies in education and science. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is engaged in the preparation and development of projects and programs in these areas, forming a sectoral project pipeline at the national level and subsequently enriching it with public investment projects at the regional and local levels.

The civil defense structure (CDS) is intended to shelter teaching and technical staff, students from dangerous factors of emergencies of a technogenic and natural nature and for a special period (secondary factors) - the use of nuclear weapons (light radiation and air shock wave – partially), conventional weapons (small arms, artillery, aircraft bombs, grenades, etc.) – partially). The designed anti-radiation shelter meets the requirements of group P-6. The total number of shelters is 560 people.
