The solution to eliminate existing problems in the medical building of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise of the Ivankiv Village Council "Central District Hospital" is a comprehensive reconstruction of the building and modernization of its engineering systems. The project involves major repairs of walls, floors, ceilings and roofs, which will ensure safety and comfort for patients and staff. The project plans to modernize engineering networks, including heating, ventilation, water supply, sewage and power supply systems. Energy-efficient technologies and modern equipment will be used, which will reduce operating costs and increase the efficiency of the hospital. It is also planned to arrange accessible routes, ramps and adapted bathrooms for people with disabilities, which will ensure comfortable and safe use of medical services for all categories of patients. To improve the quality of medical care, modern medical equipment and furniture in accordance with healthcare standards will be installed in the reconstructed premises. In addition, the project includes measures to improve the energy efficiency of the building, including the use of modern thermal insulation materials, energy-saving lighting, and access control and fire safety systems. The implementation of this solution will create modern, safe, and comfortable conditions for patients and staff, ensure the efficient functioning of the hospital, reduce building maintenance costs, and improve the overall level of medical care in the Ivankiv community.
