Transport Sector

The transport sector is a foundation of Ukraine’s economy, supported by an extensive railway network, a developed system of highways, seaports and river terminals, airports, and freight customs terminals.
This pipeline will present public investment projects and programs in the transport infrastructure sector that correspond to the areas of air, road, rail, maritime, and inland water transport, road infrastructure, postal services, as well as public transport and road border crossing points. These initiatives support the implementation of the National Transport Strategy of Ukraine. The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine is engaged in the preparation and development of projects and programs in these areas, forming a sectoral project pipeline at the national level and subsequently enriching it with public investment projects at the regional and local levels.

conversion of existing vessels of the enterprise
The acquisition of modern training equipment for the training and advanced training of crew members of inland waterway transport vessels solves important tasks: practical training and the formation of skills and abilities for prompt decision-making in non-standard navigation situations; determining a rational vessel route; checking the operation of navigation equipment; calculating the path and movement marks on the map, etc. Modern training of shipmasters requires the presence of multi-task simulators with multifunctionality, to ensure a comprehensive approach to the simultaneous mastery of several competencies, thanks to one simulator - the bridge simulator. The simulator bridge combines several systems of a programmable hardware complex, which allows for a systematic approach to automating such processes as collecting, processing and reproducing information for the purpose of navigation and ship control, which can only be provided by a specialist with a high level of professional training. When training ship crew members on the simulator, a full simulation approach is provided, since on the basis of mixed, augmented and virtual reality, the training conditions are brought as close as possible to objective reality, ensuring ship control.
