Providing people with permanent housing is a state priority that directly influences the development of a stable and resilient economy.
This pipeline will present public investment projects and programs in the housing sector that correspond to housing-related priorities and support the implementation of the sectoral development strategy. The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine is engaged in the preparation and development of projects and programs in these areas, forming a sectoral project pipeline at the national level and subsequently enriching it with public investment projects at the regional and local levels.

Construction of multi-apartment residential buildings from reinforced concrete structures
Technical solution No. 2 provides for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings in the village of Goshcha, Rivne district, Rivne region, made of a steel frame, reinforced concrete floor slabs, and enclosing wall structures. Measures are planned for the thermal modernization of buildings: installation of energy-efficient heating equipment, water supply, electricity supply, energy-efficient windows, doors, lighting, insulation of external walls and attics of buildings. Measures are also planned to create conditions for barrier-free access for low-mobility population groups. The implementation of this solution will allow the construction of residential buildings with a service life of ~ 100 years in approximately 3 years, and to provide safe and comfortable conditions for the residence of internally displaced persons.
