Negotiations are currently underway with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to attract loan and grant financing in the amount of 120 million euros and 20 million euros, respectively, for the implementation of the project. The main goal of the Project is to ensure the stable operation of PrJSC "Ukrhydroenergo" under martial law, as well as to carry out emergency and recovery replacement of equipment to increase operational reliability and trouble-free operation of four hydroelectric power plants of PrJSC "Ukrhydroenergo". The project is aimed at restoring the energy infrastructure in order to ensure the balance and integrity of the Ukrainian energy system, increase the energy security of the state and the economy as a whole. 
The project will be implemented within the framework of the implementation of the approved project "HES Ukrhydroenergo. Reconstruction. Stage II. Correction&raquo;, which passed the examination (expert report (positive) on the review of the design documentation for construction No. 00-1102/01-21 dated June 30, 2022).

Наразі ведуться перемовини з Європейським банком реконструкції та розвитку з метою залучення кредитного та грантового фінансування у розмірі 120 млн. євро та 20 млн. євро відповідно для реалізації проєкту. Головною метою Проєкту є забезпечення стабільної роботи ПрАТ &laquo;Укргідроенерго&raquo; в умовах воєнного стану, а також проведення аварійно-відновлювальної заміни обладнання для підвищення експлуатаційної надійності і безаварійної роботи чотирьох гідроелектростанцій ПрАТ &laquo;Укргідроенерго&raquo;. Проєкт спрямовано на відновлення енергетичної інфраструктури з метою забезпечення збалансованості та цілісності української енергосистеми, підвищення енергетичної безпеки держави та економіки в цілому.
Впровадження проєкту буде відбуватися в рамках реалізації затвердженого проєкту &laquo;ГЕС Укргідроенерго. Реконструкція. ІІ черга. Коригування&raquo;, який пройшов експертизу (експертний звіт (позитивний) щодо розгляду проєктної документації на будівництво №00-1102/01-21 від 30 червня 2022 року).
