An alternative solution to the implementation of the project for the overhaul of the fire alarm system and the type III fire alarm system in the premises of the municipal institution of the Lviv Regional Council "Educational and Rehabilitation Center "Mriya" at the address: Lviv, Lysenko St., 53 may be to carry out only partial modernization of the existing system or to carry out current repair work on individual elements of the equipment without complete replacement and integration of the system in accordance with modern regulatory requirements. Considering the specifics of the institution's activities, where children with complex developmental disorders study, as well as the fact that the building is an object with constant mass occupancy, the implementation of only partial measures carries risks to the life and health of students, employees and visitors to the institution. In this regard, the most effective and reasonable solution is to carry out a major overhaul of the fire alarm system and the type III fire alarm system with complete replacement of outdated equipment. ,using modern early fire detection technologies.
