The project involves the reconstruction of the building's built-in premises with the replacement of 28 windows with metal-plastic ones, and the reconstruction of the entrance group, the installation of 48 doors, the replacement of the water supply and sewage system, and the implementation of all plumbing works. A supply-exhaust countercurrent ventilation system is planned in the wards of the rehabilitation department. A lighting network is planned. All fire prevention measures will be taken, noise protection measures will be carried out, and energy saving measures will be implemented.
