The implementation of the project involves the reconstruction with insulation of the roof and facade of the hospital and polyclinic building in the village of Shchyrets.
During the reconstruction (insulation) of the facade and roof of the building, the following construction, assembly and dismantling works are planned, namely:
building of the city hospital and polyclinic:
replacement of the entrance area with the installation of a ramp and handrail;
installation of insulation of the basement with extruded polystyrene foam, 150 mm thick;
installation of wall insulation mineral wool slabs, 200 mm thick;
installation of attic insulation with mineral wool slabs, 300 mm thick;
replacement of the hipped roof covering (gable) with metal tiles, with the installation of a batten and an increase in the roof overhang;
installation of an external organized drainage system with subsequent drainage to the blind area and lawn;
replacement of the internal attic access, as well as the installation of roof access;
replacement of part of the supporting roof structures; - installation of a blind area;
installation of vertical waterproofing of the building;
reinforcement of part of the building foundations; boiler room building:
replacement and installation of a blind area around the building;
installation of basement insulation with extruded polystyrene foam, 50 mm thick;
installation of wall insulation with mineral wool slabs, thickness 50 mm;
replacement of the roof structure with the installation of a foundation and the installation of a reinforced belt;
installation of an external organized drainage with subsequent drainage to the blind area and lawn;
installation of a roof hatch;- installation of a blind area;
installation of vertical waterproofing of the building.
During the reconstruction (insulation) of the facade and roof with the implementation of thermal modernization measures of the hospital and polyclinic building in the village of Shchyrets under the international project Nakopa 104308 (correction), the working project does not provide for other interventions in the main load-bearing structures of the building.
