Reconstruction of the shooting range eliminates leaks and emergency risks, restores the load-bearing and protective capacity of the roof and brings the thermal performance to the requirements of DBN V.2.6-31:2021; ensures compliance with safety standards (CMU No. 1207 of 12/27/2018, No. 375 of 04/04/2025, Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 881 of 10/31/2023) for the operation of a closed shooting range and opens the possibility of obtaining a permit from the National Police. Thanks to insulation and a new roofing "pie", heat loss and annual maintenance costs are reduced compared to maintenance in the existing state; installation of lightning protection and restoration of drainage increase safety, and the service life of the building is extended, preventing further corrosion. As a result, stable regulatory conditions are created for training 186 students and holding competitions, which supports the high status of the SDYUSSHOR.
