The level of energy efficiency of such buildings is low: thermal insulation systems are absent or have lost their properties, facades have numerous defects, which leads to excessive heat loss and high heating costs. Existing engineering networks are functional, but are morally outdated and do not meet modern energy saving standards. Target audience coverage - residents of apartment buildings, mainly families with medium or low incomes, who suffer most from high energy tariffs. The capacity of existing systems does not allow for effective maintenance of a comfortable temperature in apartments during the cold season. The main factors limiting the effective use of infrastructure: worn-out facades and roofs, insufficient thermal insulation, heat loss through uninsulated walls, windows and seams, as well as the lack of comprehensive energy efficiency measures.
