An alternative technical solution is a comprehensive modernization of the existing catering unit with the renewal of engineering networks (electricity, water supply, sewage), replacement of the ventilation system and installation of energy-efficient lighting. It is also planned to update the technological equipment for preparing and serving food in accordance with modern sanitary norms and standards. The modernization includes the introduction of waste sorting systems and training staff in working with new equipment. This will ensure the functionality of the catering unit according to modern requirements, energy efficiency and improve the quality of students' nutrition. An alternative technical solution is a comprehensive modernization of the catering unit with the replacement of engineering networks, the installation of modern energy-efficient equipment, the renewal of ventilation and lighting systems, the introduction of waste sorting systems, as well as training staff in working with new equipment.
