Use of mobile notification points
The project involves the construction of a new local automated centralized warning system (MACS) on the territory of the Myhiivska rural territorial community of the Pervomaisky district of the Mykolaiv region with integration into the territorial and national warning systems. The project plans to install modern warning stations of various capacities in the settlements of the community, equip an automated workplace for the operational duty officer, introduce GSM/4G communication channels and carry out commissioning work. The project is aimed at solving the problem of the lack of effective and timely information of the population and government bodies in the event of a threat or the occurrence of emergencies of a natural, man-made or military nature. The introduction of MACS will ensure centralized, operational and guaranteed delivery of signals and messages to the population, officials of local government bodies and relevant services. The expected results of the project are to increase the level of civil protection of the community population, reduce risks to people's lives and health, improve the community's preparedness to respond to emergencies, and comply with the requirements of civil protection legislation. The system will operate in an automated mode and provide reliable notification throughout the community.

The project envisages a major overhaul of the automatic fire alarm and evacuation control system in the Mygiyiv Lyceum of the Mygiyiv Village Council. In the premises for timely fire detection, automatic fire detectors "SPD-3", "SPT-2B" are provided for installation. According to the DBN, a type 3 evacuation control system is being implemented for the designed premises with the installation of a voice notification method and the installation of signs with the inscription "Exit" and "Fire". The voice notification system is based on a monoblock of the "VELLENZn-120-600" type. It is planned to install an automatic fire extinguishing system for kitchen equipment in the hot shop on the first floor based on local fire extinguishing of the BRAND KITCNEN SAFE type.
