Description of the design solution It is planned to carry out capital construction of a one-story outpatient clinic building with housing with a total area of 311.6 m² based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The design takes into account difficult geological conditions by arranging a compacted clay-crushed stone cushion and raising the level of the clean floor by 45 cm to protect against flooding. Complete landscaping of the territory is also being carried out, including asphalting of driveways, laying of FEM tiles, landscaping and installing fencing.

Construction of a quickly assembled modular reinforced concrete civil defense structure.
The project involves the construction of a capital underground building measuring 30.0x18.0 m on the territory of the institution made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The structure is classified as a P-6 radiation shelter with a protection factor of 100, designed for 330 people (consequence class SS2). The solution includes a full range of construction works (earthworks, concrete, waterproofing), interior decoration and equipment with autonomous engineering systems: supply and exhaust ventilation with filtration, water supply with water storage tanks, sewage with a pumping station, power supply with its own diesel power plant, as well as inclusion facilities (vertical lift, ramps).

New construction of a modern Cultural Services Center (CSC) using energy-efficient modular technologies on the site of an existing building.
The project involves restoring the operational characteristics of the existing building without changing its geometric dimensions. The main activities include: repair of facades and roof, insulation of external walls, replacement of window and door blocks, internal redevelopment to create a vestibule, security room, boiler room and bathrooms (including for MGN). Also, a complete engineering re-equipment (heating, ventilation, fire and security alarms) and comprehensive landscaping of the territory (paving with tiles, asphalting of driveways, installation of fencing, landscaping) are being carried out.

The project involves the complete replacement of damaged pipes and water wells by laying a new network parallel to the existing route without dismantling it. Pressure polyethylene pipes PE 80 SDR-17 with diameters of 160 mm, 110 mm, 63 mm and 50 mm are used. The main laying method is open in a trench at a depth of 1.3-1.6 m. Crossings under roads are made by the method of pushing in steel casings (DN 325 mm, 273 mm and 159 mm) with very reinforced insulation. The system includes 76 reinforced concrete wells and 33 fire hydrants.
