Partial modernization of the building with only cosmetic repairs without thermal modernization and updating of engineering systems
The main technical solution is a comprehensive thermal modernization of the therapeutic building. The solution includes insulation of the facade and roof, the use of energy-efficient materials, replacement of door blocks with the provision of an appropriate microclimate, as well as the introduction of energy-saving technologies. The implementation of this solution will significantly reduce heat loss, reduce energy costs, increase the energy efficiency of the building and create comfortable conditions for patients and staff in accordance with modern building standards.
