Partial modernization of the catering unit without comprehensive replacement of engineering networks
The public investment project involves a comprehensive modernization of the catering unit of the Kulykivsky Lyceum in order to create a modern support kitchen to ensure high-quality and safe nutrition for more than 1,100 students. The project includes redevelopment of the premises in accordance with functional zoning, which ensures compliance with the principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system and the requirements of Code 4:2024 on the organization of catering in educational institutions.
