Preservation of the "Heroes' Stele" memorial complex in its current state without completing the construction of the third part
This solution provides for a full cycle of creating a memorial space, including: • Construction and installation works: Erection of the main structure of the Heroes' Stele with a maximum height of 2.45 m on a monolithic reinforced foundation slab measuring 3.0 x 22.3 m. The production and installation of the structure elements is carried out from natural granite stone, which ensures durability and resistance to external influences. • Memorialization: Arrangement of special memorial plaques, on which photos and names of the fallen defenders - residents of the Storozhynets community - will be placed. • Improvement and infrastructure: Comprehensive arrangement of the adjacent recreational area with a total built-up area of 69.6 m². The works include paving the territory with decorative concrete tiles, supplying and installing outdoor lighting systems, landscaping the territory and installing small architectural forms (benches, urns). • Barrier-free: Implementation of an architectural solution that provides free access to the object from ground level on three sides (from the square and adjacent streets), which fully complies with the DBN V.2.2-40:2018 standards for inclusion. • Social purpose: Creation of conditions for holding mass patriotic, commemorative and ceremonial events directly near the central square of the city.

Establishment of modern children's playgrounds in educational institutions of the Storozhynetsk urban territorial community. The project involves the implementation of preparatory work, the arrangement of a safe coating and the installation of fencing with gates. Modern game elements are installed on the territory of the playgrounds, in particular the game complex "Rancho", a carousel, a balance beam, a spring rocking chair, a double swing and a sandbox. To ensure comfort and safety, the territory is additionally equipped with lighting, benches and bins. The implementation of the project is aimed at creating a safe and accessible space for children's games, development and active leisure.

The project will ensure the proper, safe and energy-efficient functioning of the Storozhynetsky Lyceum, a key institution, by modernizing the heating system infrastructure. The project is aimed at creating comfortable conditions for students and employees, reducing operating costs, increasing energy efficiency and improving the quality of the educational environment, which is necessary in the process of preparing the institution for the transition to the status of a specialized lyceum in accordance with the reform of general secondary education. The specified goal is planned to be achieved through a comprehensive modernization of the internal heating system, replacing outdated heating networks and radiators with modern energy-efficient equipment, installing automated heat supply control systems, carrying out facade insulation work, reducing building heat loss and optimizing the operation of boiler equipment. The planned measures will reduce energy consumption, equalize the temperature regime in the premises, ensure the stability of heat supply and increase the efficiency of engineering systems management.

Partnerships in education to support inclusive learning
Maintaining the current state
The project is a comprehensive initiative aimed at improving access to inclusive and quality services in education for students with special educational needs (SEN) at the Supporting Institution "Storozhynek Lyceum". The main goal is achieved by modernizing the inclusive educational environment and developing cross-border cooperation between Ukrainian and Romanian specialists. The Lyceum, which is already actively implementing an inclusive approach, has 11 inclusive classes, where 16 students with SEN of different levels of support (intellectual, functional and physical difficulties) study, who are supported daily by a teacher assistant. The technical solution covers three key components of investment and training: Physical and Adaptive Infrastructure: It is envisaged to ensure Barrier-Freeness by installing ramps and modifications for unhindered access of children with mobility impairments to the Storozhynetsky Lyceum. In addition, an outdoor adaptive sports ground will be equipped with elements adapted for the physical development of children with disabilities, including a carousel and a swing "Pavutynka". 2. Equipment and Digitalization: It is planned to equip an inclusive room, which, despite the renovation, "requires further equipment and equipment". This includes the purchase of special means of correction of psychophysical development, didactic materials, an INBOARD STYLE interactive whiteboard, modular furniture, STEM sets, equipment for teachers (in particular, 15 HP laptops) and speech therapy digital platforms (such as Timlogo and Cognitik). This will contribute to the digitalization of the educational process and make it more attractive. 3. Human Capital Development: The solution includes professional development of teachers and psychological and pedagogical workers, as well as exchange of experience with Romanian colleagues, in particular on the use of the Tomatis method and Erasmus+ practices.

The village of Ropcha has a population of over 3,500. There is a lyceum (327 students) and a kindergarten (60 pupils) in the village. The availability of modern socially important facilities is necessary to ensure the proper quality of life of the population. Among the current problems of the community is the lack of proper sports infrastructure, which makes it impossible to fully engage in physical culture and sports. According to the KNP "Storozhynetska BLIL", over 80% of children have health problems, and over 50% have an unsatisfactory level of physical development. There is a vacant land plot of communal property on M. Eminescu Street (cadastral number 7324588000:02:002:1001), on which it is possible to equip a sports infrastructure facility. The implementation of the project to build a sports ground with artificial turf will create conditions for the younger generation to play sports after school hours and other residents of the village of Ropcha in their free time, will contribute to the popularization of a healthy lifestyle, improving the physical condition of the population and the development of modern sports infrastructure in the community. The project includes the installation of an automatic fire alarm and fire warning system and evacuation management, fire protection treatment of structures (including wooden building elements), installation of a lightning protection system (external and internal), and the arrangement of a fire reservoir as a backup source of water supply for extinguishing needs. The implementation of these measures will ensure timely detection of fires, notification of people, localization of possible fire centers and organized evacuation, which will significantly reduce the risks of emergencies.

About 4.1 thousand people live in the Starozhadivskyi Starostynskyi district (villages of Nova Zhadova, Stara Zhadova, Dibrivka, Kosovanka). The settlements are remote from the administrative center of the community - the city of Storozhynets (25 km) and the regional center - the city of Chernivtsi (50 km). There are two gymnasiums and a support lyceum on the territory of the Starostynskyi district, where about 500 children study. The presence of modern socially important facilities is necessary to ensure the proper quality of life of the population. Among the current problems is the lack of proper sports infrastructure, which makes it impossible to fully engage in physical culture and sports. According to the KNP "Storozhynetska BLIL", over 80% of children have health abnormalities, and over 50% - unsatisfactory level of physical development. At the same time, in the village of Stara Zhadova, on Sportivna Street, there is a vacant communal plot (cadastral number 7324589500:04:002:0225, area 1.8520 ha), which is registered as a village stadium, but is not equipped. The implementation of the project to build a sports ground with an artificial surface will create conditions for students and villagers to play sports after school hours, will contribute to the popularization of a healthy lifestyle, improving the physical condition of the population and the development of modern sports infrastructure in the community.
