The village of Ropcha has a population of over 3,500. There is a lyceum (327 students) and a kindergarten (60 pupils) in the village. The availability of modern socially important facilities is necessary to ensure the proper quality of life of the population. Among the current problems of the community is the lack of proper sports infrastructure, which makes it impossible to fully engage in physical culture and sports. According to the KNP "Storozhynetska BLIL", over 80% of children have health problems, and over 50% have an unsatisfactory level of physical development. There is a vacant land plot of communal property on M. Eminescu Street (cadastral number 7324588000:02:002:1001), on which it is possible to equip a sports infrastructure facility. The implementation of the project to build a sports ground with artificial turf will create conditions for the younger generation to play sports after school hours and other residents of the village of Ropcha in their free time, will contribute to the popularization of a healthy lifestyle, improving the physical condition of the population and the development of modern sports infrastructure in the community. The project involves the construction of a modern sports ground with artificial turf in the village of Ropcha, Storozhynets'ka urban territorial community. The main goal of the project is to create an accessible sports infrastructure for children, youth and all residents of the settlement. The implementation of the project will make it possible to organize systematic physical education classes, sports competitions and outdoor leisure.
