Current repair
Full adaptation and modernization of the rented part of the building (93/1 Maksima Zaliznyaka St.) to ensure a safe, accessible and functional space. Major repairs include: replacement of windows, heating systems, lighting, fire alarm, sewage networks; improvement of the building's thermal insulation and energy-efficient systems. Creation of conditions for day care for children and provision of rehabilitation and social services to other children with disabilities. Spatial planning taking into account physical barrier-free conditions, accessibility for children and adults with limited mobility.
