The decision concerns major overhaul. Installation of systems: Water supply and water purification (to provide dialysis machines). Sewage, isolation of wastewater from the dialysis area. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning with maintenance of air sterility. Power supply and lighting, including emergency. Installation of a medical gas system (oxygen, vacuum). Arrangement of sanitary facilities, staff rooms, sterile area, room for osmosis machines. Interior decoration in accordance with the requirements for medical institutions (ease of cleaning, antiseptic surfaces).
