Partial repair and replacement of the most damaged sections of the water supply network in the village of Yarmolyntsi
The water supply system of the Yarmolyntsi community is outdated and worn out. A significant part of the water supply has been in operation for over 30-40 years, which leads to frequent accidents, surges, and low water pressure, especially in the summer. Only minor sections were renovated in 2017, 2023, and 2024. The most critical situation is in the administrative center of the community - the village of Yarmolyntsi, where residents systematically face water supply interruptions, which causes social tension. Project goal: to provide residents of the village of Yarmolyntsi with stable and safe access to high-quality drinking water through the construction and reconstruction of drinking water supply networks.

Partial modernization of an existing library without creating a full-fledged multifunctional hub
In the conditions of a full-scale war, the Yarmolynetsk community, like all of Ukraine, is facing unprecedented challenges: psychological stress, the need for access to up-to-date information, the need to support internally displaced persons, and general fatigue of society. The existing library infrastructure is outdated, which limits its ability to meet the modern needs of the community. Creating a multifunctional hub based on the library is vital for: - psychological comfort and socialization: providing a safe and comfortable place where residents can meet, communicate, distract from negative news, and reduce stress levels; - learning and development: ensuring access to modern educational resources, conducting lectures, master classes on various topics (digital literacy, psychological resilience, creativity); - integration: promoting the integration of internally displaced persons through joint activities and creating a favorable environment for adaptation; - communications and leisure: organizing film screenings, discussion clubs, co-working zones, which will promote active public life; - strengthening public relations: creating a space for interaction and support, which will help unite the community in difficult times.

The project involves major repairs and restoration of the borehole discharge with the construction of a ground pavilion and the installation of the necessary technological equipment to create a backup source of water supply for the municipal non-profit enterprise "Yarmolyntsi Multi-Profile Hospital". Currently, the institution is provided with centralized water supply, but due to the obsolescence of the networks in the village of Yarmolintsi, interruptions often occur. The implementation of the project will allow the hospital to obtain a reliable autonomous source of water, which will guarantee the continuity of the provision of medical services, including 24-hour emergency care.
